efficiency, one, two, & three bedroom modern apartments & houses and commercial (business) retail & office
space at six locations in the City of Phillips, Wisconsin. All residential rentals include utilities (meaning we pay
the heat, water, sewer, and electric). Lawn care and plowing of the driveway are included, so you don’t have
to do those tasks. A coin-operated laundry is available on-site. Each rental comes furnished with utilities,
including a cooking stove with self-cleaning oven and refrigerator. Tenants can also enjoy free access to high-
speed wireless Internet (WiFi). Some apartments have additional amenities, such as a garage, dishwasher,
